What if specific memory could be deleted from your brain. Say your girlfriend dumped you. You don't wanna keep any memory related to her. You hope your agony will be vanished. You can start fresh again!
This movie is based on this idea. But it goes more beyond that. That is why it is a good movie. Is it good to loose agonizing memories? Do you really want to forget a unsuccessful relationship? Does it help, running away from painful pasts?
